Silver Oak Capital was established in 2019. Founder, Jimmy Baillie noticed a need in the real estate market for specialist advice in the large loan space (£2m+). Property developers also needed better access to an increasing number of specialist debt funds who offer a range of lending products to compete with the cheaper debt available through traditional banks. Based in Central London, we help our clients arrange debt secured on a wide variety of schemes up and down the UK. Roughly 60% of our business involves arranging Development and Bridging Finance, with 30% comprising Residential and Commercial Mortgages and a smaller part of the business comprising Yacht and Aircraft Finance.
Through our network of 500+ private banks, challenger banks, debt funds, specialist lenders and family offices – we can facilitate unique lending solutions for our clients – up and down the capital stack. We adopt a surgical approach when brokering any loan – ensuring we don’t devalue our clients’ projects in any way whatsoever. The business is setup with the Managing Director (Jimmy) as the primary point of contact throughout the process – with a capable support team in place to manage the application from start to finish.
