To assess a case and progress with gathering indicative terms, we need to have an initial structure to work off. To build this framework, we require the essentials: asset type, location, purchase price or current value, funding requirement, exit strategy, proof of income, credit report, copy of the UBO’s passport.
To ensure the fastest route to completion, we operate a direct advisory model. Once we have provided you with indicative terms and your client is happy to proceed, we ask that you introduce us directly to the borrower so we can manage the formal application. This prevents bottlenecks given that complex debt structuring and arranging property finance involves extensive documentation and productive communication. The introducer will still be updated on major milestones and compensated as agreed, but this direct engagement is essential to drive the transaction efficiently to completion.

We operate a transparent fee-sharing arrangement with introducers – paying a competitive percentage of our procurement fee upon the successful completion of the loan. Full details will be agreed upfront.
